About Me
Madeline Nazari is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) based in Ontario who brings a culturally informed and integrative approach to her work. Raised in Canada within a Middle Eastern background, she understands the complexity of navigating both Western and Eastern values, identities, and expectations. This perspective allows her to support clients who may feel caught between cultures, roles, or ways of being.
Madeline works with teens, adults, and couples, offering individual, couples, and group therapy through virtual sessions across Ontario. She has experience in addiction, autism, and mental health, and supports clients facing challenges such as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. She also facilitates workshops for parents, loved ones, caregivers, and families navigating autism or substance use, helping them build understanding, communication, and practical coping strategies.
Her passion for this work comes from witnessing how deeply individuals and families can be impacted when they feel unsupported or misunderstood. She is committed to creating a space where clients feel safe, seen, and empowered to explore their experiences without judgment.
Madeline’s approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s needs. She integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care to help clients build emotional regulation, increase self-awareness, and develop practical tools for lasting change.

“Your story is still being written. What happened to you or what you went through is a part of you, but does not have to define you. Through grace and strength, you can gain your power back.”
